At Altura Heating, we believe you should know what to expect before any work begins. Our prices are clearly displayed and include VAT, helping you make an informed decision before booking.

For boiler faults, our diagnostic call-out covers the first hour. Once the fault has been identified, we'll explain what is required and provide a price for any further repair work before proceeding.

Wherever possible, we will provide a fixed price before carrying out a repair. If a fault requires further investigation, we will explain what is needed, why it is necessary and what the likely cost will be. We will always obtain your approval before completing any additional work.

Our aim is not to be the cheapest provider. We focus on delivering excellent value through professional workmanship, honest advice, reliable service and quality parts.
